Return/Exchange
There will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGE on items purchased.
Exception to return/exchange
Please review items once you receive them to ensure there are no concerns with damage as soon as possible. Please follow up with customer service immediately if an item is damaged once received.
Damaged items will be eligible for exchange item or store credit within 14 days after delivery. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fee.
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL AND WILL NOT BE CHANGED ONCE PLACED. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL ORDERS ARE CORRECT BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR PURCHASE.
Items must not be worn, used and must have original tags attached.
SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE ITEMS INCLUDING BODY SUITES are FINAL sale and will not be accepted as a return.
We will send an email when your return item is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note returns may take 3-10 business days to process. You will receive an email to confirm the your item was received.
